• Text-to-speech voice synthesis
• Call recording and transcript storage
• Contact management and custom data fields
• Webhook integrations and custom tools
• Post-call analytics and insights
• Automated follow-up communications (email, SMS)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Use the Service for illegal surveillance or data collection
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Violate telemarketing regulations (TCPA, DNC lists, etc.)

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable telecommunications laws, including obtaining proper consent before making calls.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Complete accuracy of AI-generated content or transcripts
• Successful delivery of all calls or messages
• Compatibility with all devices or networks
• Availability during maintenance or upgrades

The Service depends on third-party providers for telephony, AI processing, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for failures or disruptions caused by third parties.

Fees and Payment

Use of the Service is subject to fees as agreed in your subscription or service agreement:

• Fees are based on usage, including call minutes, API calls, and storage
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• We may modify fees with advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are protected by intellectual property rights:

• We retain all rights to the Service, platform, and documentation
• You retain ownership of your contact data and call content
• You grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service
• AI-generated transcripts and insights are provided "as-is"
• Third-party AI models are subject to their respective terms
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that:

• You have obtained necessary consents to process contact data
• You comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide
• We may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Call recordings may be stored and processed by third parties
• You will not upload sensitive personal data without proper safeguards

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content or transcription errors
• We are not liable for failed calls, message delivery, or service interruptions
• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 3 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• We are not liable for regulatory compliance violations by users

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate your access to the Service:

• You may terminate by ceasing use and closing your account
• We may terminate for breach of these Terms
• We may suspend access for non-payment or security concerns
• We may terminate with notice for any reason
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service
• We will provide data export functionality before account deletion
• Termination does not relieve payment obligations

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective:

• Upon posting to the platform for minor changes
• After notice period for material changes
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
• You should review Terms periodically
• We will update the "Last Updated" date
